 Join us in praying for the works of the MORE Network and for its member organizations.

Prayer is central to what we do.


We acknowledge our need of God and desire that it be He, who works in us and through us.

We invite you to join us in prayer by using the prayer calendar as a guide. Praises and requests are divided into a daily format so that you can easily include it into your prayer time.


Why to pray?

1. To Build a Relationship with God

Prayer is a way to connect personally with God — to speak, listen, and grow in intimacy with Him. It strengthens faith and trust, deepens love, and reminds us of God’s constant presence. Like any relationship, communication is essential.

“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.” — James 4:8

“Pray without ceasing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:17

2. To Seek God’s Will and Guidance

Prayer helps us align our desires with God’s will. It is not primarily about getting what we want, but about discerning what God wants and gaining strength to follow it. Jesus Himself prayed for God’s will before His crucifixion (Luke 22:42).

“Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart… in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5–6

3. To Ask for Help, Forgiveness, and Provision

Prayer is also a means of bringing our needs, struggles, and sins before God. It expresses dependence on Him for daily provision, spiritual strength, and mercy. God invites believers to ask boldly and trust His care.
